If you are a coffee lover, you are going to love these Keto Coffee Ice Blocks. They are perfect for your coffee hit on a hot summers day. Super simple to make and last in the freezer for ages. At 0.25 grams of total carbs they are a perfect low carb snack.

Keto Coffee Ice Blocks
My ice blocks are approximately 100mL each. Prep time does not include freezing time
- 350 mL Cold Brew Coffee
- 50 mL Pure Cream
- 2 tbsp Granulated Sweetener (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a small jug and stir until the sweetener is fully dissolved
Pour mixture into ice block moulds and place in freezer
