What to serve with roasted peaches
Baked or roasted peaches are absolutely delicious on their own, but our favourite way to eat them is with some creamy Greek yoghurt. The sweetness of the peaches and the sauce they are roasted in contrast really well with something creamy like yoghurt, cream or ice cream. Baked peaches can be included as part of dessert, breakfast or even a snack. Here are some of our favourite ways to serve roasted peaches;
- with whipped cream, yoghurt or ice cream
- on top of a chia pudding
- with porridge or overnight oats
- with keto granola and milk
- with vanilla custard
What ingredients do you need to make roasted peaches?
We like to create a glaze to roast the peaches in made from butter, honey and vanilla extract. It is just a simple, light sauce that is delicious to drizzle over your roasted peaches. It is very easy to make, just melt the butter and stir in the honey and vanilla extract and then pour this over the peaches before you pop them in the oven.
As the peaches roast the glaze will caramelise along with some of the juice that comes out of the peaches. Trust us, this makes for a delicious combination that you can then drizzle over your peaches to serve.
- fresh peaches
- butter
- honey
- vanilla extract

Yum! I love peaches and usually don’t cook them because most recipes have you grill them and I don’t have the time. This is a great recipe since you bake them. Super delicious! I put them on plain Greek yogurt, they were excellent 🙂
