Instructions
Break the eggs into the jug and whisk to combine
Season the egg mixture with salt and pepper
Heat the saucepan over medium-low heat
Once the saucepan has heated up add the butter

Remove the eggs from the heat just before you think they are ready and continue to stir, as they will keep cooking from the heat in saucepan and you don’t want to over do them
