How to Roast Garlic

Ingredients

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 200c/390f
Remove the outer papery skins of the garlic heads
Slice off the top of the garlic head to expose all the cloves, approximately 1/4 of the head is removed
Drizzle with 1-2 tsp of olive oil to cover the exposed garlic cloves
Wrap in foil and place in the oven for 40-60 minutes
The garlic is ready when it is completely soft. The time varies depending on the size of the bulbs you have
Allow the garlic to cool and then squeeze the base of the clove to remove the flesh
Store in the fridge for 1-2 weeks, or freeze
