'Honey and Soy' keto chicken drumsticks using sukrin fiber gold syrup as the honey substitute. These drumsticks are super simple to make and delicious!
Combine tamari, syrup, giner, garlic and cayenne in a small bowl and stir until smooth and well combined
Marinate the drumsticks in the tamari mixture for at least 4 hours or overnight
Pre heat oven to 180C/350F
Place drumsticks in an oven proof dish and pour over any excess marinade and then put in the oven
Cook in the oven for approximately 40 mins, or until the chicken is cooked through. Turn the drumsticks over 2-3 times during the cooking to coat in the marinade
Meanwhile, dry fry the sesame seeds in a skillet/frying pan over medium heat to slightly toast them. Just be careful as they may burn quickly, we just want them slightly browned to bring out the flavour
Remove the chicken from the oven, spoon over any sauce from the bottom of your baking dish and sprinkle with the sesame seeds to serve
