This pecan pie keto oatmeal is definitely comfort food. This isn't a plain old boring oatmeal as the pecan pie flavours in this keto oatmeal are delicious

Ingredients

ghee
(or coconut oil)

Sukrin Gold

pecans, chopped
(1 oz)

cup
coconut milk
2
tbsp
golden flax meal
2
tbsp
hemp seeds
1
tsp
ground cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
pinch of salt
Instructions
Place ghee or coconut oil, sukrin and pecans in a small saucepan and place on medium heat
Cook for 2-3 minutes to toast the nuts, and dissolve the sweetener
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 2-3 minutes or until thickened
Serve as desired. We like to top the keto oatmeal with nuts and berries
