Ingredients

eggs

cheese cheese
2.5 ounces

tsp
ground psyllium husks
½
tsp
baking powder
½
tsp
cream of tartare
salt
seeds or herbs for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 160c/320f
Line a baking tray with baking paper
Seperate the eggs, and place the yolks in one bowl and the whites in another
Whisk the egg whites with the cream of tartar and a pinch of salt until they form stiff peaks, set aside
In the other bowl beat the egg yolks and cream cheese until combined
Add the psyllium husk powder and baking powder to the cream cheese mixture and stir to combine
Fold the egg whites into the into the cream cheese mixture gently to try to keep it light and airy
Divide the mixture into round 4 piles on the baking tray
Sprinkle with any seeds or herbs if you like
Bake for 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown
