Curried Zucchini
Curried zucchini is one of the perfect side dish options. Packed full of flavour with curry and cream making this a delicious keto side dish option.

Zucchini, finely diced

Cream

Beef Bone Broth Powder

Curry Powder

Salt

Pepper
Instructions
In a medium size saucepan or a small skillet, add the cream, salt, pepper, bone broth powder and curry powder and bring to a simmer on a medium heat
Add the zucchini, cover and cook for 10 minutes or until zucchini is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
Once zucchini is cooked it is ready to serve.
