Place all the ingredients in a large bowl (except the oil for cooking).
Combine the mixture together really well, using your hands is the best way to work the mixture and ensure it is completely combined.
Divide the mixture into 8 even sized balls and shape into patties.
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and use some spray oil to coat the pan.
Once the pan is hot, add the rissoles and cook for 4-5 minutes. You may need to do this in two batches depending on the size of your pan as you don't want to crowd them.
Turn them over and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. They are ready when they are browned on both sides and cooked through.
