Place a steamer saucepan with water in the bottom, on a high heat and bring the water to a boil.
Finely slice the bacon and spread out on a rimmed baking sheet. Place in the oven and cook for 10 minutes.
Whilst bacon is in the oven, place brussel sprouts in the top part of the steamer saucepan and steam for 10 minutes.
Once the bacon is cooked, remove from oven and sprinkle the salt, pepper, and garlic powder over the bacon. Add the brussel sprouts from the steamer and mix to coat with the bacon fat and the spices. Once coated, spread the brussel sprouts out on the tray.
Add the chipolata sausages to the tray, make sure to spread evenly around the tray, place tray back in the oven for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes turn sausages over, increase temperature to 200C/390F and cook for a further 15 minutes or until sausages are cooked through.
Remove tray from oven and serve.
