Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius/350 degrees Fahrenheit
Cover baking sheet with baking paper
Lay salami slices on the sheet and try to avoid them overlapping
Bake the salami in the oven for 12-15 mins until bubbling and sizzling all over including the centre
Place on a cooling rack to cool down and crisp up
Store in an airtight container
