Place the coconut oil, coconut butter and salt together in a small saucepan
Melt together over a low heat until it is a smooth consistency
Remove from the heat and add in the collagen powder. Stir to combine until the collagen has dissolved and the mixture is smooth
Divide the mixture into your silicon moulds. Divide evenly into 12 servings and sprinkle with the shredded coconut
Place in the fridge to set until firm
