Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper
Place the almonds on the the lined tray and roast in the oven for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes, add the pecans and coconut to the baking tray and place back in the oven to roast again for another 8-10 minutes or until the pecans and coconut has browned
Remove the nuts from the oven and allow to cool slightly
While the nuts are still warm add them to your high powered blender with the cinnamon and salt and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until it is smooth and creamy. The nuts will turn to a meal first and eventually into a nut butter
Store in a serile glass jar in the cupboard
