avocado, diced
mixed lettuce leaves or lettuce cups for serving

Instructions
Chop the boiled eggs and add into a small bowl
Add the mayonnaise, chives, salt and pepper to the boiled eggs and stir to combine
Add the diced avocado to the egg mixture and stir gently to combine
Serve the keto egg salad over mixed leaves or in lettuce cups
