Tandoori chicken wings are such a simple make at home meal. If you love wings, these tandoori chicken wings will have you wanting more.

Ingredients
Chicken Wings
1½
kg
chicken wing pieces
(3.5lbs)

tbsp
tandoori paste
½
cup
Greek yoghurt, unsweetened
Yoghurt Dipping Sauce
1
cup
Greek yoghurt, unsweetened
½
tsp
garlic powder
½
tsp
salt
1
tsp
lemon juice
1
small bunch coriander, leaves & stems
(cilantro)
Instructions
Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine the tandoori paste and the yoghurt and stir to combine
Add chicken wings to tandoori mixture and toss in a bowl to completely coat wings with tandoori mixture
Cover and place in fridge overnight to marinate
Preheat oven to 200C/390F
Line a baking tray with foil and then place a cooling rack inside the baking tray
Place the wings on the rack over the tray, space them evenly so the air can circulate around them
Place tray in oven and cook wings for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
Remove from oven and serve with yoghurt dipping sauce
Yoghurt Dipping Sauce
Place all dipping sauce ingredients in a blender and blend until all ingredients are blended and sauce is smooth
