We love the Vitawerx white chocolate and have been wanting to create a keto fat bomb with it for a while. We have finally come up with a winner, this tasty white chocolate keto fat bomb. This delicious white chocolate fat bomb recipe is just like the Cadbury’s top deck chocolate minus all the sugar. We love this top deck style fat bomb as a sweet treat after dinner. It’s great to make a batch and store them in the fridge or the freezer for when you are craving a treat.

White Chocolate Keto Fat Bomb
Easter is one of those times that we can be easily tempted by all the Easter eggs, hot cross buns and chocolate treats in the supermarket. In order to avoid all that temptation we like to make sure we have lots of keto Easter treats on hand. These white chocolate keto fat bombs are one of the treats we love to have on hand over Easter. While our family and friends are enjoying their sugar filled treats, we can grab some of these and not feel like we are missing out.

Fatbombs
Fat bombs are an extremely popular snack or treat for many living a ketogenic life. You may be asking what is a fat bomb? It is a snack made mostly of fat with some low carb ingredients added for flavour. Many of the keto fat bombs will use coconut oil, coconut butter, cream cheese or nut butters.
We enjoy a sweet fat bomb occasionally after dinner and it not only satisfies a sweet craving but it also helps keep us fuller for longer and limits us to one as it can be difficult to eat more than one.
Another thing we love about keto fat bombs is that the portion control is done for you. You don’t have to worry about eating the whole block of keto chocolate or tub of keto ice cream. You just need to grab one out of the fridge or freezer and not worry about eating all of them at once. I would hazard a guess that it would be almost impossible for anyone to do, as they are so filling.
Not only do we love these white chocolate keto fat bombs, we have several others that we enjoy. Check out some of our favourite fat bombs here –

Low Carb Emporium is the premium online low carb website in Australia. They launched in October 2017 and have grown to be the stockists of the best low carb products Australia has to offer. We love Low Carb Emporium and place an order with them every couple of months. Although at the moment it feels like we are ordering more like every couple of weeks.
Jack and Yvonne have gone from shipping products out of their garage to now needing a warehouse to distribute all our favourite products. We were lucky enough to be invited to check out their new premises and were impressed by all the wonderful products they have in stock now.

Tips
- When adding the dark chocolate mixture to the set white chocolate mixture, make sure the dark chocolate mixture is not too hot as it will start to melt the white chocolate mixture.
- As long as you do the white chocolate mixture first, you can use the same heatproof bowl to melt the dark chocolate mixture without cleaning the bowl. If you melt the dark chocolate mixture first, make sure the bowl is completely clean before adding the white chocolate mixture. You don’t want brown chocolate swirls in your white chocolate mixture.
- If you are wanting to speed up the setting process you can set them in the freezer. We are not very patient when we want these, so we often set them in the freezer
- These will need to be stored in the fridge or freezer otherwise they will melt.
Suggestions
- We love the top deck aspect of this recipe. Having said that if you are more of a fan of either the white chocolate or dark chocolate portion you can also make them with more of your favourite and less of the other mixture.
- If you are unable to get access to the Vitawerx white chocolate, you can always make your own. Wholesome Yum have a great sugar free white chocolate recipe that can be used instead.
- If you are looking for a substitute for the vitawerx milk chocolate you can use Lily’s milk chocolate or Well Naturally’s milk chocolate.

Ingredients
- 50 g Vitawerx White Chocolate
- 50 g Coconut Oil
- 50 g Vitawerx Milk Chocolate
- 50 g 90% Dark Chocolate
Instructions
White Chocolate Layer
- In a large pyrex jug or a small heatproof bowl, add the white chocolate and coconut oil.
- Place some water in a small saucepan. You want an inch or 2 of water in the bottom of the saucepan. You don’t want the water to be touching the bowl.
- Place the heatproof bowl on top of the small saucepan. The bowl will need to be slightly bigger than the width of the saucepan.
- Over a medium heat, bring the water to a simmer. This will melt the coconut oil and white chocolate together. Stir occasionally. Once the mixture is just melted remove from the heat.
- In your favourite chocolate moulds, divide 2 tsp of the mixture between 9 chocolate moulds. This may vary depending on the size of your moulds. To get the top deck effect, you want them half full with the white chocolate mixture. Note – for our small easter egg moulds we used half a teaspoon of the mixture.
- Place the filled moulds in the fridge for an hour or until the chocolate has completely set.
Dark chocolate layer
- I would start making this mixture once you know the white chocolate mixture is set in the fridge.
- In a large pyrex jug or a small heatproof bowl, add the milk chocolate and dark chocolate.
- Use the same water and saucepan you used for the white chocolate mixture.
- Over a medium heat, bring the water to a simmer. This will melt the two chocolates together. Stir occasionally. Once the mixture is just melted remove from the heat.
- Set it aside to cool down slightly. You do not want the dark chocolate mixture to be too hot when pouring it on the set white chocolate mixture or it will melt it
- Divide 2 tsp of the dark chocolate mixture between 9 chocolate moulds on top of the white chocolate mixture. This may vary depending on the size of your moulds.
- Place the filled moulds in the fridge for an hour or until the chocolate has completely set.
- Once set completely remove the chocolates from the moulds. They will need to be stored in the fridge or freezer.

Clever keto fat bomb! I love your tips, especially the one about using the same bowl for the white and dark chocolate. I have cleaning up. LOL
