This year we decided to focus on our wellbeing, on us both being happy and healthy. Dan suggested a monthly challenge introducing us to new daily habits to help with our wellbeing. In January we did daily grounding and in February we have been taking daily cold showers.
Quite a few people have been interested in joining us – so let’s do it! We would love to create a supportive community experiencing these challenges together.

Accountability is really helpful in developing new daily habits. You will be provided with an accountability calendar each month, so you can tick off each day. Ticking off the day provides a real sense of achievement.

We wanted to take the opportunity to introduce ourselves. We are Dan and Erika and we run the website and YouTube channel Have Butter will Travel. We have been living a keto and low carb lifestyle for 4 years and have had wonderful success with not only weight loss but improved health.
