We love that …
We had these pancakes for breakfast on Christmas Day and even our non-keto family members enjoyed them! Served with sugar free maple syrup, cream and berries it felt like a very special treat.
You do not need to prepare the whole mixture, you can just measure out some mixture based on the number of servings you require.
We don’t love that …
The mixture appeared lumpy and I couldn’t seem to get it to a smooth consistency. I am not sure if this is normal or not, if so it would be great if it mentioned if on the instructions. One of the main ingredients is Lupin flour, which comes from a legume.
I am not sure the impact this may have on a keto diet, as legumes are something we would usually avoid. I need to research Lupin flour further so I can make an informed decision around eating it. If anyone has some information please let me know in the comments.

Would we buy it again?
Yes, for us this mix would be great to have in the cupboard so that we could easily grab it if we were heading away for the weekend. The pancakes are easy to make and feel like a special treat!
