2 Keto Dudes – Hosted by Carl Franklin and Richard Morris, this podcast is great to listen to when you are starting your keto journey or if you are looking to build your knowledge around the science of keto. We found listening from episode one at the beginning of our journey was really helpful.
The podcast was designed to help Carl start keto and give him some accountability, so the episodes at the beginning are really useful for other newbies. The later episodes delve a lot deeper into the science of keto and can feel a little overwhelming sometimes.
