Sometimes you just want a satisfying crunch when you are eating your snack or lunch and these crackers really fit the bill. Very crisp and light, great flavour and real food ingredients – what more could you ask for!
We also love supporting Australian small businesses who make quality products which are perfect for a low carb lifestyle.
The Product – Mia Ringsparr Seed Crackers
Our favourite flavour at the moment is the Rosemary and Himalayan Sea Salt, but they also have Nigella Seed, Caraway Seed, Cumin Seed, Black Pepper and plain Himalayan Sea Salt. A more cost effective option are the seed cracker mixes that they also sell. So you can create your own seed crackers at home!
$8.98 for a 100g packet. Approximately 10 crackers in a packet.

Where do we buy?
Purchase these online through the Mia Ringsparr website. I suggest signing up to the email newsletter so that you can keep informed of special deals. I always take advantage of these and stock up. They are also available at some retailers in South Australia and Victoria check out their website for specific information.
We love the…
Crunch! I love having these for lunch with cottage cheese, tuna and mayo or curried egg. To me it feels more satisfying than just having a salad. A perfect replacement for other crackers or bread in a low carb lifestyle.
We don’t love that …
They can be pretty fragile, which is the nature of seed crackers in general. We have found that they aren’t great for dipping as they can break apart.
Would we buy again?
Yes! I always have these in my pantry and love knowing that I can whip up a tasty and satisfying snack, lunch or light dinner with other staples like eggs, cheese or tuna.
