It would probably be easier for me to list the foods that aren’t improved by adding ranch dip than the ones that are! It just makes anything more delicious and satisfying. This keto ranch dip recipe is so quick and easy to whip up with ingredients you will usually have on hand.
Keto ranch dip
Whenever we have family or friends coming over we make sure to have our keto ranch dip prepared as our non-keto family and friends love it! It is perfect to serve with cucumber sticks, pork rinds or seed crackers to serve with drinks or before dinner.
It takes literally minutes to prepare and is just so delicious! We usually have all the ingredients in our fridge and pantry, so it is a great last minute option for those impromptu get togethers.
Aside from entertaining I love to use this dip during the week for my packed lunches. It is great to take some tinned tuna or shredded chicken, mix it up with some of the creamy keto ranch dip and then serve it over some greens. This is a super filling and tasty lunch that I always enjoy.

Excited to try this, it seems so simple. No dill, no parsley, no tarragon. The last dip recipe I tried did not go well with all the fancy stuff so hoping KISS is the way. This is for dip eh? Not looking to make dressing for like a salad, just want to dip my cauliflower and broccoli. Have a great day.

It’s definitely thicker than salad dressing. We use it as a dip. It’s one of our favourite.
