If you are a coffee lover, you are going to love these keto popsicles. They are perfect for your coffee hit on a hot summers day. They are great to make up a batch and store in the freezer, ready to go when you are craving something icy and cold.
Keto Popsicles
Super simple to make and last in the freezer for ages. At 0.25 grams of total carbs they are a perfect low carb snack. These are handy to have ready to go in the freezer for a sweet treat on a warm summers day.
We have also learnt that these have many different names around the world. Better known as ice lollies in the UK and popsicles in the US. Us Australians have always called them ice blocks.
You could have some fun finding interesting popsicle molds. I found these cute pink ones at our local kitchen shop. There are heaps of cool options online.
Tips
Check out our ‘How To’ post and try to make your own Cold Brew Coffee. The cold brew coffee gives the ice block a smooth flavour without the coffee bitterness. You could use instant coffee, but it is likely to affect the flavour.
To make a dairy free option, use Nut Milk instead of the cream. We love to make our own nut milk as we know exactly what has gone into it.
Try adding some cacao powder for a mocha flavour. You could also add some chocolate collagen powder. This would be a delicious way to add some collagen into our diet.
